Command Squad 408

So now that the commission has been all wrapped up for a bout a week I thought I'd post the last of the models from it. Now that it's finished I'll be moving on to finishing Halbarad, a model that I've had on the bench for about two years so you can expect to see updates on that soon.

Got these two finished up this morning, I ended up spending a bit of extra time cleaning them up this morning because I'd rushed them a bit yesterday to get the commission finished earlier and looking at them this morning with a fresh set of eyes I realised I had made some bad colour choices, hopefully solved now.

So everything done now, just waiting for final approval before I give all the models back, anyway this is the last of the two infantry squads, and I'll post up the command squad later today.

Good shots of this squad now too, should be able to send pictures of the finished commission to the client this afternoon.

Cadian Infantry Squad 265

So this infantry squad is now completed with decals with the rest of the commission very close to completion as well. Need to pick up some green stuff though to fix up some bubbles on a fine cast model and then its on to painting the last three models of the cadians, which should be nice way to finish the commission.

So I completed a test scheme for the cadians yesterday which got approval so expect to see the rest of the squad completed tonight.

Cadian Progress

So after a frantic few days of painting, (mainly because an batch of hobby supplies didn't turn up when i thought it would) I've got quite a bit done on the imperial guard commission. I'm really enjoying it so far, they really are great models and the colour scheme is simple but I think it really works. Sorry about the terrible pictures I was in a bit of a rush to post them up so hopefully I can put some better ones up on the next few days.

As of yet nothings complete due to the lack of certain paints but this lot is all very close to done with only a few things yet to go. After that it's a heavy weapons quad, Commander Creed and Kell.
